El misterioso Bakey, unveiled. Well, sort of.<\/em> \u00abExit through the gift shop\u00bb es el documental sobre su vida y obra que ya anda circulando por estos mundos internetianos de hoy en d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Se cree que Bansky naci\u00f3 en Yate, localidad cercana a Bristol, en 1974, pero los datos acerca de su identidad son inciertos y se desconocen detalles de su biograf\u00eda. Seg\u00fan Tristan Manco, Banksy \u00abnaci\u00f3 en 1974 y creci\u00f3 en Bristol, Inglaterra. Hijo de un t\u00e9cnico de fotocopiadoras, entren\u00f3 como un carnicero pero se vio implicado en el graffiti durante el boom del aerosol en Bristol de finales de los 80′\u00bb. Su trabajo, en su gran mayor\u00eda piezas sat\u00edricas sobre pol\u00edtica, cultura pop, moralidad y etnias, combina escritura con graffiti con el uso de estarcidos con plantilla. Su arte urbano combina escritura con una t\u00e9cnica de stencils muy distintiva, similar a Blek le Rat y sus obras se han hecho populares al ser visibles en varias ciudades del mundo, especialmente en Londres, aunque sus mayores logros figuran en los muros de Cisjordania.<\/a><\/p>\n

Banksy, ya un icono del dise\u00f1o moderno, tambi\u00e9n es conocido por haberse introducido disfrazado, en famosos museos de todo el mundo, para colgar algunas de sus obras de manera clandestina. Generalmente se cree que es un var\u00f3n blanco, de pelo rubio, alto, que viste ropa t\u00edpica del grafitero y que tiene entre 28 y 35 a\u00f1os. Recientemente fue capturado por el objetivo de un telefono m\u00f3vil trabajando en una de sus obras en Bristol, Inglaterra.<\/p>\n

En \u00abExit…\u00bb , Thierry Guetta es un simp\u00e1tico franc\u00e9s emigrado a L.A, donde se dedica a revender ropa usada con buenos resultados econ\u00f3micos. Pero el tipo es un usuario compulsivo de la c\u00e1mara de video,\u00a0 graba todo lo que hace. Comienza a juntarse con artistas callejeros, entre elllos, el famoso Banksy, que se convierte en objeto pincipal de su teleobjetivo. A\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, es el propio Banksy el que se dedica a rodar un documental sobre\u00a0 Guetta y el arte callejero. Y pese a que se tenga poco apego a estas supuestas manifestaciones art\u00edsticas (despu\u00e9s de ver el docu, hay que reconocer que aparte de tomaduras de pelo irritantes y simp\u00e1ticas a partes iguales, tambi\u00e9n hay verdaderas maravillas), es sin duda uno de los mejores documentales de este 2010.<\/p>\n

Por el metraje, narrado por uno de los miembros de Super Furry Animals, circulan grandes del dise\u00f1o contempor\u00e1neo como Invader o Shepard Fairey, artista y dise\u00f1ador gr\u00e1fico estadounidense muy reconocido en la actualidad por ser el creador\u00a0 del famoso \u00abhope\u00bb de Obama.<\/a> Sus obras mezclan la caricatura y revival de la propaganda pol\u00edtica, las ideas situacionistas y las revoluciones est\u00e9tico filos\u00f3ficas de los 60. Reivindica el espacio p\u00fablico como espacio principal para la vida art\u00edstica y cultural. Su obra callejera mas representada es el inmortal\u00a0 OBEY GIANT<\/a>. Actualmente las colecci\u00f3nes y subastas hacen del tipo uno de los artistas m\u00e1s demandados del momento.<\/p>\n
