El segundo vende, pero el primero hace que vuelvas a \u00e9l. Pero, <strong>\u00bfhasta qu\u00e9 punto puede vender el marketing, y hasta qu\u00e9 punto un buen producto retiene al cliente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan numerosas encuestas, la poblaci\u00f3n suele dejarse llevar por el <strong>packaging <\/strong>de un art\u00edculo determinado. Juzgan inconscientemente el producto por su primera impresi\u00f3n visual. Sucede tambi\u00e9n cuando buscan el precio m\u00e1s barato donde se compara, con m\u00e1s detalle, la calidad.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>estrategia de marketing<\/strong> engloba mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1, aparte de buscar al cliente potencial. Se trata tambi\u00e9n de maquillar correctamente el producto por fuera, partiendo de una idea, de una meta, de un <strong>target <\/strong>segmentado al que queremos acceder.<\/p>\n<p>En el mercado editorial hay muchos ejemplos al respecto. Existen grandes libros que merecer\u00edan vender miles de ejemplares, pero cuyas ventas escasean porque no han sido promocionados adecuadamente. Tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrir lo contrario. \u00bfQui\u00e9n no se ha sentido atra\u00eddo por un best seller que luego carec\u00eda de calidad?<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00eda de hoy, por injusto que pueda parecer, no basta con que el producto sea bueno para venderlo. Tampoco es suficiente con tener una buena estrategia. El marketing puede atraer dinero r\u00e1pido pero, sin un buen <strong>contenido<\/strong>, estaremos tirando horas y dinero a la basura.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan apuntan los expertos, los consumidores ya dan por hecho que aquello que les vendes es bueno. Pero ahora, m\u00e1s que nunca, <strong>hay que hacer que empaticen con la marca<\/strong>, que la amen. Si se consigue esto, se tendr\u00e1 fidelizado al cliente completamente, llegando incluso a justificar posible fallos.
