La autogesti\u00f3n suele estar caracterizada en la mayor\u00eda de los casos por <strong>carencias en materia de marketing tur\u00edstico<\/strong>. Por ello, el hecho de no invertir en una <strong>gesti\u00f3n profesional<\/strong> puede suponer a los alojamientos un <strong>incremento del coste de oportunidad<\/strong>. Y es que una \u00f3ptima pol\u00edtica de comunicaci\u00f3n debidamente encauzada repercute en un incremento de los \u00edndices relacionados con el <strong>retorno de la inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como en todos los sectores, la clave es no confundir los conceptos \u2018inversi\u00f3n\u2019 y \u2018gasto\u2019.
