En resumen, son:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atenci\u00f3n<\/strong>: el constante bombardeo de mensajes de todo tipo hace que nuestro cerebro se concentre en un solo est\u00edmulo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>sensorial<\/strong>: el est\u00edmulo activa los distintos l\u00f3bulos en funci\u00f3n del sentido que lo reciba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emoci\u00f3n<\/strong>: el sistema l\u00edmbico desencadena el placer o disgusto reflejados f\u00edsicamente al contrastar la informaci\u00f3n obtenida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cognici\u00f3n<\/strong>: sintetiza y analiza el pensamiento mediante la interacci\u00f3n de los hemisferios derecho e izquierdo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regulador<\/strong>: procedimiento llevado a cabo en el l\u00f3bulo frontal y que adec\u00faa nuestra conducta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acci\u00f3n<\/strong>: tras procesar todos los pasos anteriores\u00a0el cerebro delibera y pasa al acto de respuesta.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante saber que, a pesar de que <strong>todos seguimos este mismo procedimiento<\/strong>, las <strong>respuestas no son siempre las mismas<\/strong>.
